If the Buyer's credit card or debit card is declined, We will not process the
Buyer’s order. In the event where We must commence legal action to enforce any
terms of this agreement, the Buyer must agree to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage
arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on
Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our
acquiring bank from time to time.
We will be shipping your order with a reputed carrier.It takes upto 5-7 business
days for shipping to metro's and cities and upto 14 days for rural areas. We will not be
responsible for any kind of delays in delivery or loss of the purchase or damage of the
order while the order is with the shipping carrier. You will be informed once your order is
shipped, through email and text message or you can check your order status in your
Account -> Order.
In any case you should require the order you placed to be cancelled please e-mail/call or cancel
from Account -> Order -> Cancel Order.
Cancel your within a maximum 2-5 hours for prepaid and for COD within 24 hour of placing your order.
Cancellation requests received after the order has been sent to production will be dealt on case by case basis and a refund cannot be
promised always.
No returns or cancel are accepted, once the product is placed to exchanged from
our end Returns / Replacement / Refunds are not applicable for the products that are
purchased under store.
